Newsletter Week 15 11/26-11/30

Welcome back from Thanksgiving! I hope you have all had a lovely time. This week will be a normal week!

Math: Start multiplication! It is important that your child knows his basic addition facts since this is a building block for multiplication.

Reading: continue with our story "The Boy on Fairfield Street" Dr. Seuss

Language Arts: Review the different types of sentences (compound, complex, simple, run-on and incomplete) There will be a test given on Friday over these sentences similar to the practice quiz taken 2 weeks ago. Also, we will write a friendly letter to Santa. If your child does not do "Santa" at home, I will make changes for them so that they can participate comfortably. However, please remind your child to be respectful of others and their beliefs during this time.
