Spirit Week is this week! Please check the BDS school newsletter for information on
what to wear.
This coming week marks the end of the first 9 weeks of school. Report cards will be sent
out the week after Fall Break.
This Week:
Math: We will finish the math unit and have a test on Friday, October 12,
Science: Seasons
Language Arts: Complex, Compound and Simple sentences.
Reading: We will begin incorporating reading centers into our daily classroom routines. I believe the practice of using centers will help the students to stay focussed and engaged in learning throughout the entire day by being able to focus on different activities for a reachable amount of time. Also, this will provide your child with the ability to engage in more individualized instruction.
Please download "Liberty Porter, First Daughter" to your iPad.
