Homework Folders

Dear Parents,
We have made some exciting changes in the classroom! One of the results in the changes is the way unpacking and packing up are carried out. There are no longer specific "Keep" and "Return" papers organized in their homework folders. Instead, you will have to organize your child's folder. The folder should be checked daily and all papers should be taken out. The only papers which should be returned to school in the folders are:
  • Homework assignments
  • Forms from BDS (field trip forms, script orders, book orders, lunch forms….)
  • Signed and Return Papers

Please be checking your child's folder each day. We will be sending home work done in class to involve you in their learning process. Thank you for working with us to make our classroom a productive and positive environment!

This coming week marks the end of the first 9 weeks of school. Report cards will be sent

This Week:

Math: We will finish the math unit and have a test on Friday, October 12,

Science: Seasons

Language Arts: Complex, Compound and Simple sentences.
